I’m so glad that you enjoyed it Gwendolyn! The chicken should be pretty crispy after being seared, just try not to sear it in too much oil. A cast iron skillet will give you the crispiest result as well. 🙂 Refrain from moving it too much while it cooks so that it can develop that nice golden crust, and make sure the skillet is preheated so that it sizzles right when it hits the pan!

Great recipe! I actually preferred the sauce BEFORE the addition of the grated cheeses. How would you recommend I make the chicken a little crispier?
