Hi Karen! You’re not being difficult and this is a very reasonable request! I do have a button, it says “cook mode” right underneath the last ingredient in the recipe card. Toggle that and you’ll be good to go! Let me know if you still don’t see it! ❤️

I looked several times. I probably overlooked it. If you don’t have one could you please add one. I only have the use of one arm which makes it difficult to continue to reopen the app. I am sorry if I am being difficult.

Hi Judie! They have non-dairy cream options but I haven’t tested them with this recipe.

I haven’t tried it yet, but am wondering if you think you can do any substitutions for the heavy cream that are non-dairy and would give the same creamy stew feeling. Thank you so much!

I can feel the cozy vibes from here Mark! It’s about 14 degrees here in NH and I refuse to leave the house lol. I’m so happy you all enjoyed the stew!💗

The high temperature today is 28 – so no one will be leaving the house. Found this recipe online, had all the ingredients (except boneless breasts & thighs). Followed the directions exactly as written. Turned out amazing! Everyone had second helpings and every crust of bread was used to soak up any remaining broth. When everyone finished, we all just sat at the table unable to move because we stuffed ourselves, without regrets! The only thing better than this recipe is Spring itself!!

What a great recipe! I have never made a stew using this method with the chicken but it was *so good*!!

I was about to make the stew and realized I did not have any Worcestershire sauce, so I just doubled up on the hot sauce. This is a very hearty and flavourful stew and the chicken stays moist and tasty this way also! By the way, I went with leg/thighs which were on sale and it worked out really well.
