Quick weeknight meal. The sauce is really good. I would garnish differently next time. I felt the cucumber ribbons and julienne carrots were good, but I’d like more veggies. I liked the idea in the notes to sautee some broccoli. I would do broccoli, carrot, and red pepper. Would definitely make again.

Delicious, quick and easy!! I used ground sausage and added roasted broccoli, sliced mushrooms and topped with green onion, cashews and sesame seeds. Added red pepper flakes at the table and served over rice The combination was perfect!
Definitely saving this recipe!!
