Hi Carole! You can definitely use chicken broth instead of beef broth in this recipe, that won’t be an issue! Enjoy!! 🙂

Would chicken broth change the flavor drastically?

Made it for my husband and we both loved it. I had to adjust it for my grand daughters who love pepperoni pizza and left out the green bell peppers and onions. Instead I used onion and garlic powder added Italian seasonings and waiting on them to try it.

Quick and yummy! I always halve the recipe as it makes a great deal, and it works well with a variety of pasta types! I usually dislike all things ground beef but this was truly delicious
