This might be my favorite recipe! My kids literally chanted “best dinner ever” at the table. We did the classic Italian fillings and it was just so savory down to the last bite! I think this will be our new go-to and let the kids take turns choosing fillings!

Made this for my family of 4 and it was a huge hit. I was a bit short on mozzarella so I subbed in some cheddar and it still came out delicious.

This is the perfect make-ahead recipe, yes! 🙂 You can brush the top with a little milk, vegetable oil, or melted butter instead of egg wash! 🙂

Yay, yay about your 2nd cookbook!!! I’m super excited and can’t wait! I wish I would’ve come across your recipes a couple years ago. I have so many cookbooks but nothing like yours!
