Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana soup is my favorite there and this recipe tastes as good if not better than the restaurant version. I didn’t have heavy cream so used evaporated milk instead and used red skin potatoes (with skins on) instead of russets. Otherwise followed recipe as is and soup was outstanding!! This recipe is definitely a keeper!!

Made this for Dinner tonight and boy was it a hit. It’s raining outside right now but I had all of the ingredients so I made it. Every one love it most had 2 big bowl’s big chunks for Crusty Bread and a Big green salad.
