These came out great! I was worried about folding them incorrectly and  I didn’t end up folding them the exact way you showed and just did it my own way but followed the filling recipe and they still came out great!

Hi Stephanie! Did you drain your crab meat? It needs to be drained well before it’s added to the filling. Having a consistency like pancake mix means something was way off, it should be very firm, basically the same consistency as plain cream cheese. The only liquid that’s added to the mix is the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, and that only amounts to 1 teaspoon throughout 8 ounces of cream cheese.

Turned out pretty well, I wasn’t feeling accomplished as using one teaspoon felt like too much mix, but my mix was kind of runny!?

It wasn’t really sticky or like “ball like” it was more like pancake mix but I used the same crab meat, and brick of cream cheese softened. Any pointers?!
