I found this recipe a few years ago. My husband is not a soup person, but this is one of the few that he requests! He likes it better than Olive Garden’s.

This was one of the best recipe I’ve come across.  It was so yummy!  I did use rotisserie chicken I had leftover which made it quick and easy to make.  I would definitely make this again.

I have been a cook/chef for 18 yrs. I have made this recipe at least a dozen times….it is my go to recipe for comfort food, snowy days, those with colds or football game day. I always get tons of compliments and requests for the recipe. Simple on hand ingredients make for a quick easy soup. THE ONLY CHANGE I MAKE? I ADD EXTRA BOX OF GNOCCHI AND A LITTLE MORE CHICKEN BROTH, because hey that is what boys love. I buy a $5 rotisserie from Sam’s everytime I go and this makes this recipe that much easier.
