Really soul satisfying soup!! Without meat, no doubt!! Will be on rotation. Was a little leary about the fennel, but I added a little and I love it. Will use a lot more next time!!

This recipe is amazing. Fantastic full flavored soup. We don’t like Worcestershire sauce, so I added a little browning sauce instead. I also usually only use a small portion of onions, really finely chopped, as fiance doesn’t like onions, but I don’t want to fully omit. Thank you so much for this recipe!!
