Hello, I am looking to make this soup as an entre at xmas and will freeze it. Do i omit the cream and sour cream and simply add it once its defrosted and almost ready to serve?

This was delicious, the whole family loved it! I pretty much never cook with leeks so I appreciate the instructions on how to cut them. Now I’m thinking about doing leeks in the vegetable garden this year! Thanks for the recipe!
