Just wondering if the batter should be so liquid. One cup flour to one cup milk and 1 cup sugar made a very runny batter for me. I ended up adding more flour, about 1/2 cup, just to give it more substance. Reading all the reviews I wonder if I made a mistake in doing that. The cobbler turned out great anyway, but wondering what it would be like if I followed the recipe exactly. I did find it too sweet though, so will reduce the sugar next time round.
