I made this today for my hubby and I. It was easy and delicious. I was hoping to have leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch, but I will need to cook more shrimp. I have plenty of the sauce remaining, but my hubby ate all but 2 of the shrimp. I guess he liked it.

I didn’t have any in mind for dinner last night but remembered this recipe and had just enough shrimp in the freezer. Always a favorite packed with flavor and super easy! I made it with buttered noodles and super fancy frozen peas πŸ˜‰Β
