Really liked the flavors in the soup. Great way to enjoy mushrooms and bok choy. My husband is allergic to soy so I left out the soy sauce and added a bit more salt. Will definitely make again.

Full of flavor!

The only change I made was to cooking the noodles and serving. I cooked the noodle cakes separately and then placed them in individual bowls. After that, I ladled the soup over the top and garnished.

I wanted to make sure the noodles didn’t get overcooked if we had leftover broth.

Love this recipe!
