This was so good! I only had red wine and it turned out great. My 5 year old said the chicken was “amazing!”

Very good recipe. I prefer red wine and used that instead of the white. Tasted amazing! Doubled the recipe because I feed a large family. Paired it with white rice. Absolutely delightful!

I hate to waste anything these days so I googled chicken and mushrooms. Came across this recipe. Seemed simple enough. Had all but a few ingredients in my panty. No wine, used 1/2 cup IPA beer. No heavy cream, used half-n-half. Served with mashed potatoes and broccol. I rarely comment on recipes I try out but highly recommend this one. Easy? YES! Delicious? Double YES!
